Ehm, read the manual and VirtualBox FAQ is a good start. It's clearly described how to install the GA and what you need.

Also read the Forum Posting Guide and give more info. "Just doesn't work" is not in our dictionary. We aren't physic nor do we have a crystal boll to look in the future or other peoples computers.

What command? There are millions of commands on different Operating Systems and they all differ in configuration and installed programs. If you don't mention what you do and what you exactly get for an error, we can't help you. It's not that we can sit next to you when you use your computer and say "Oh, it's this or that" when you say "it doesn't work".
