Hi I get this error of Guru Meditation when try to install a new VM...

First, Hyper-V is enabled. See HMR3Init: Attempting fall back to NEM (Hyper-V is active). (The new test builds might have a fix for this problem. If you try a test build and it works, report here: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=90853, and save the installer file.)

Second, you appear to be trying Windows Server 2019, and you have the guest type set to 'WindowsNT_64'. There is a 'Windows 2019' guest type that would serve better.
