Windows 10 attach failure for USB HDD

When I start Windows 10 in Virtualbox it throws a failure to connect the USB hard drive that I've configured a filter for. I've tried a few things, but it simply won't connect. I've added the extension packs, updated them more recently, believe I've added the user configuration etc.

Host info screenshot attached. 8GB Ram, 3GB allocated
Virtual box version 6.1.19_Ubuntu r138449
Error Thrown: VERR_PDM_NO_USB_PORTS, NS_ERROR_FAILURE 0x80004005, Console wrap, ....
