Here's an update to information posted regarding 64-bit/64-bit and "VT-x is disabled" messages that may help others; Microsoft has changed the names of some components, which no longer match what is described in the instructions for changing the settings for "Optional Features".
Attached is a screen shot of working settings ("Virtual Machine Platform" and "Windows Hypervisor Platform" (there's no "Hyper-v"))

There has never been a Hyper-V option in the Home version of Windows 10. It is only available in Pro and higher versions.
