No network adapter for Host-only.

Hello,
I'm using Debian 10.5 x86_64 and I can't see any adapter for Host-only setting to select:

Great! Glad you kept up the hunt and found a solution!

For the curious, the linked tutorial essentially walks a person though manually setting up a new Virtualbox Host-Only network in the main Virtualbox window, and some Linux stuff for inside the guest if necessary.
