32 bit Deb 10 host
32 bit Deb 10 host
Which arch for a 32 bit Debian 10 host? The 64 bit seems to put my old Dell laptop into endless loop when trying to install guest OS. Is [arch=amd64] still ok to use?

I'm not entirely certain what you're asking about. In fact the only thing that leads me to think it's about Virtualbox is that you posted in a Virtualbox forum.
FWIW 32-bit host OS support (the physical computer) was dropped some time ago, 6.0.x & later, if I remember correctly. (32-bit guests, the VMs, are still supported.)
So you'll need to stay on 5.2.something or even earlier, for a 32-bit host OS.
