Same problem here. Just built a new Windows 10 Enterprise x64 2004 (August build) this last week. All patched up with a couple of apps installed. Reboots and runs just fine by itself. Attempting to capture its image to a WDS server (using MDT) results in a crash like this upon first restart after the initial sysprep.
