Exactification attempt 1
Photo of error box with details expanded.
Photo size too large to upload.
Zipped copy of photo exact same size as original photo.
Exactification attempt 2
Get the SVC log
C:\Users\{youraccount}\.Virtualbox, and zip & post the VboxSVC.log, using the forum's Upload Attachment tab.
No SVC log with today's date
Please advise on any further exactification requirements.

Re: Importing .ova file error
If you want your problem solved you are going to have to help us help you. We are not getting paid for this. We volunteer our time because we want to, we like Virtualbox, and we like helping others. You are not making it easy to keep wanting to help.
Exact error messages are better than what you posted. If the error box has a Copy button it can be used to copy the error text to paste on the forum. Pictures can be cropped and resized.
Make me want to keep helping you.

Just had to get the host machine connected to get better data to you. Trying to communicate once removed was not working.

Re: Importing .ova file error
It appears that one of the disk files in the snapshot chain for the working guest did not get copied to the new guest. Or a glitch happened in the copy.
It could also be possible that the original working guest was a linked clone to another guest on that PC.
Please zip and post the working old guest's .vbox file.
