I need to write the minimum HW specifications for some Windows 10 PCs to be used in a classroom environment to host Windows and Linux 32 and 64 bit guest VMs.
The descriprion should be detailed and accurate, in order to avoid possible problems after the PCs are purchased delivered.
Where can I locate a detailed description of the HW requirements, including CPU features (Virtualization support and so on)?

VirtualBox doesn't have many hardware requirements of its own, except for VT-x/AMD-v, and any PC made in the last decade will have that. It has host OS requirements too, but you already specified Windows 10 (presumably 64bit), so that doesn't need to be discussed.

All other requirements are determined by you in the "recipe" you create for the guest OS: e.g. if you allocate 2 cores, the host has to have two unused cores. If you allocate 4GB RAM, the host should have 8GB free. If you enable 3D acceleration, the host needs a decent graphics card with OpenGL. And so on. Windows requirements can be found on a Microsoft website.
