Guru meditating on VBox 6.1

I started receiving Guru meditation error on all my windows server guest VMs, i have 5-8 windows 2017 guest and am receiving same error on all the VMs.
I have attached the log. please have a look and let me know how to fix this issue.

this error started coming in after a recent windows 10 update

OS Version: Windows 10 (1909)
Virtual Box version: Version 6.1.12 r139181 (Qt5.6.2)

Hyper-V is enabled and needs to be disabled. See HMR3Init: Attempting fall back to NEM (Hyper-V is active).

The new test builds might have a fix for this problem. If you try a test build and it works, report here: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=90853, and save the installer file.

Thanks for your assistance @scottgus1, after disabling Hyper-V my VMs started working.
I also found the reason for enabling Hyper-V, last week i installed Docker which enabled hyper-v :lol:
