virtual box stopped working

I was able to use virtual box fine I had ubuntu running with no problems I went to run it today and got this message can someone please help me out
error relaunching Virtualbox VM process 5 command line:
The virtual machine 'kali' has terminated unexpectedly during startup with exit code 1 (0x1). More details may be available in 'C:\Users\IU Student\VirtualBox VMs\kali\Logs\VBoxHardening.log'.
