3900x + 128GB ram, just hang

Hi
Host: 3900x + 128GB ram, guest : win server 2016 standard + 32 gb ram + 8 core, unable to boot, just hang. Tried to turn off PAE/NX and Nested paging, no help.

Try 31 GB RAM.
