OK the problems are fixed virtualization was turned on and the other solution helped with the extension issue however when trying to upload an ova for a Capture The Flag group I get the error shown in the attached screenshot so I now need help figuring out why this error is popping up

The forum observes "One issue per thread" and we were at two issues in the previous topic. I changed the title here.

Please zip and post "C:\Users\{you}\.Virtualbox\Vboxsvc.log".

Also open the "Details" triangle and post what it says.

Dunno why you want a 13KB file zipped but here it is and what comes is Failed to import appliance C:\Users\Hawkx1\Downloads\ActiveCyberKaliLinux.ova.

Result Code: E_INVALIDARG (0x80070057)

This is what happens when I click the copy button on the error message

Dunno why you'd think I would know it's 13kB. My mind-reading superpower doesn't stretch out to where you live.

The first reference to "ActiveCyberKaliLinux" in the log file is:
00:01:04.915992 createImport ERROR [COM]: aRC=VBOX_E_FILE_ERROR (0x80bb0004) aIID={ad47ad09-787b-44ab-b343-a082a3f2dfb1} aComponent={MediumWrap} aText={Could not create the imported medium 'C:\Users\Hawkx1\VirtualBox VMs\ActiveCyberKaliLinux\ActiveCyberKaliLinux-disk001.vdi'.
00:01:04.916004 createImport VDI: cannot create image 'C:\Users\Hawkx1\VirtualBox VMs\ActiveCyberKaliLinux\ActiveCyberKaliLinux-disk001.vdi' (VERR_ALREADY_EXISTS)}, preserve=false aResultDetail=-105
It appears this guest already exists on your host PC. Do you have an "ActiveCyberKaliLinux" guest already?

I'm guessing during one of my attempts to load the ova (maybe while virtualization was disabled) it got as far as to make the folder but not far enough to add it to the VM list. After deleting said folder and trying the import again it now works. Thank you for your help.
