Communication with VM Hypervisor failed. (Possibly Out of Memory)

I have Windows 10 64Bit hosting LHC@Home VBOX 6.12 virtual machines, but get the error in the subject.
I searched google high and low and cannot find ANY help.
Please help.

Now, I'm getting another error:

VBoxManage.exe: error: Failed to create the VirtualBox object!
VBoxManage.exe: error: The object is not ready
VBoxManage.exe: error: Details: code E_ACCESSDENIED (0x80070005), component VirtualBoxClientWrap, interface IVirtualBoxClient
I have no clue how to address this on Windows 10. Please! Please help!!!

Nobody can help you if you don't provide VM logs.
Make sure the VM is fully shut down, then right click it in the manager UI. Select "Show Log" and save "VBox.log" (no other file) to a zip file. Attach the zip here.
