--resize bug?

Whenever I try to use --resize, it says "Invaild parameter"
Note that im running cmd and powershell as an administrator.

invalid parameter has nothing to do with permissions, so admin privilege is not your problem. It means that you have an invalid parameter in your command .
If you expect someone to help with that, you will need to post what you actually enter as a command.

Wild guess based on zero information given: the new size given is smaller than the current size of the drive. Not allowed.
