I'm trying to use Virtual box to create a bootable hackintosh drive in windows. But after downloading and installing Virtualbox and Mojave, I can't get the Mojave environment to read a USB flash drive. I was only able to even get into disk utility by using launch pad since finder wont open.
If I'm ever able to get the USB to read I'll need to be able to access it.
I've plugged in the USB and unmounted it from the PC, tried adding it in settings in virtualbox manger, tried attaching it in the mojave enviornment via devices - USB but it just says failed to attach.
The USB setting are 3.0 since that was the only way I could get the thing to load and be able to use the mouse and keyboard but the USB device is 2.0. IDK if that is the issue. Seems like a serious oversight if that is the case.
IDK what else to do.
