disable virtualisation in acceleration system setting

hope you are doing good
i just have faced an error when i want to use virtualbox on my windows 10 , it's about ok button disabled error so i can't change setting and create new virtual machine ,
remarque : when i click in the error setting detected icone, they tell me that i shoud disabled virtualisation in acceleration system setting but even i do i still have the same error
iff you have any idea may can help
