Hi guys, at my current job I've got this "app" that runs on Windows embedded 6.0 on a special device.. I would like to make it run on my PC by using a virtual machine afterwards to modify some data from that app. Anyways, if anyone could help me/guide me to do this or to send me to the right forum/person that knows what I'm talking about I would reallly appreciate it. Thanks.

If you mean that you want to virtualize Windows Embedded, then it probably can't be done. Windows Embedded would include only a small set of drivers needed for the target device, not the complete bloated mass that drives a PC. It also wouldn't necessarily need boot code, which any VirtualBox VM certainly would.
You can't emulate specific hardware with VirtualBox - you have to make a recipe from the emulation ingredients that VirtualBox provides, you can't just wish them out of the air: and the emulations VirtualBox provides are unlikely to match what the embedded image expects, or anything else that isn't a PC.
And that's all assuming that "Windows Embedded" at least targets x86. If it targets ARM then you're done: VirtualBox is a hypervisor, not a CPU simulator.
If the embedded app runs on x86 Windows, then create a normal Windows VM and run the app on that: that is almost certainly how the app was developed.

So that software already runs on Windows 6.0, I was just wondering if I could make it run on my PC. Anyways, it seems I can't get a .iso of Windows NT Embedded 6.0, even from the Microsoft website. Any help ?

Help how? I've already said that Windows Embedded 6.0 is not a PC OS, and therefore probably won't work on a PC, virtual or not. And if you're asking where you can download Windows Embedded 6.0 then I have no idea. You should ask Microsoft about that.
