VirtualBox Problem - Guru Meditation

Hello! I'm having a lot of problems with Virtual Box.
I am using the latest version (6.1.12) with the Extension Pack installed as well.
I'm trying to virtualize 2 Windows 2019 servers and a Windows 10 Pro.
However, whenever I try to start a message appears saying that a critical error has occurred.

I have tried in several places to solve this problem, but I haven't found it.

I am using a dell inspiron 15 3583 i5-8265U 1.60GHz notebook with 16GB of RAM.

I left the VM settings in the default.
I will attach here the event log.

I thank the help of all you!

Start the guest from full power off, not save-state. Run until you see the problem happen, then shut down the guest from within the guest OS if possible. If not possible, close the Virtualbox window for the guest with the Power Off option set.

Please right-click the guest in the main Virtualbox window's guest list, choose Show Log. Save the far left tab's log, zip the log file, and post the zip file, using the forum's Upload Attachment tab.
