Running 2019 Windows Server Guru Mediation

Post by slalof »

slalof, I split this post from the other topic you added to and deleted the duplicate in Windows Guests. Duplicate posts are not allowed.

Your log has this unusual error very early in the startup of the guest:
00:00:04.618254 ERROR [COM]: aRC=E_ACCESSDENIED (0x80070005) aIID={755e6bdf-1640-41f9-bd74-3ef5fd653250} aComponent={KeyboardWrap} aText={The console is not powered up}, preserve=false aResultDetail=0
When the guest boots, it just touches the CD-Rom then guru-meditates 11-ish seconds later.

Try uninstalling Virtualbox, reboot the PC, then reinstall Virtualbox by right-clicking the installer and choosing Run As Administrator, even if you already are an admin.
