Hello,
I have been using Kali Linux on VirtualBox for about two months now and it has been smooth for me, but after last night (There was a net frameware update but im not sure if that would do anything), loading causes the VMM load to constantly spike from 100% to 0%, causing for a laggy expereience and often just getting stuck at the Kali logo screen while the dragon takes forty-five years to get through its loading process.
Thank you for the help

Had no idea WSL turns on hyper-v I just turned off the feature and restarted and it was fixed.
Edit: Problem Fixed: Kali Linux running very slowly all of the sudden.

WSL should not do that, but WSL2 certainly will.
