Is there a way to install window10 from a usb-stick?
Practically speaking, no. However it's usually straightforward to transfer the contents to a bootable ISO image.
Slightly more advanced is to treat the USB root folder as a virtual ISO folder (search manual for VISO), but a beginner should probably stick to the first solution.
