Ubuntu under virtualbox can not start up after host win10 update to 2004 or update windows docker

There are two potential reasons that cause my virtual box failure and I am not sure which one is the root cause (or both not):
1. I update my HOST OS windows 10 to version 2004
2. I update windows docker to 2.3.0.4 which use WSL2 rather than Hyper-V
(I install windows docker in my HOST OS)

Before those operations my VM run quite well, and I already tried to google my error message but I can not find any solutions.

The error message after start up my VM is in the attachment.

※ I already shut down windows docker and turn off Hyper-V in windows "optionalfeatures" and reboot my PC, but my virtualbox VM ㄋㄛˉstill not working.

OS info :

HOST : windows 10 2004

Guest : Ubuntu 16.04

Virtualbox version : 6.1.12

Windows docker version : 2.3.0.4

WSL2 uses the same underlying mechanism as Hyper-v, so in effect you have enabled Hyper-v.
