virtual box boot error: 0xc000000f

I created a new windows 7 64bit virtal box, everything seemed fine and then I powered it off, tried to turn it on again and I got this error message. Any ideas on how to fix this?

The error message is coming directly from the Windows installation, which means VirtualBox is doing it's job but the Windows system you've installed is 'damaged' and needs repairing. The same would happen in with a physical installation, i.e. on real hardware, experiencing the same problem.
Have you tried following the procedure/instructions in the error message?
