I'm not aware of a general "bootloop problem of Windows <anything> in VirtualBox". If a guest OS reboots then it's because it is trying to resolve some kind of fatal error, so we would need further information before we could comment on that. Note that that means a guest OS error, not a VirtualBox error as the latter leads to termination of the host process, not guest reboots.

First step: make sure you aren't trying to dedicate more resources than your host can afford, particularly RAM.

Provide a VM log file. Make sure the VM is fully shut down, then right click it in the manager UI. Select "Show Log" and save "VBox.log" (no other file) to a zip file. Attach the zip here.

Your original post did not mention that you are trying to boot from an ISO. The ISO also has an unusual name. Can you tell me where it came from?

Otherwise I can't tell anything as you did not follow the instructions. The VM was not shut down when you grabbed the log, and the attached you provided is not a zip, despite the renamed extension.

As I said, make sure the VM is shut down before grabbing the log. Then use your favorite archiving tool to zip the log, which certainly doesn't mean to rename it to have a .zip extension.
