The virtual box installed, it was difficult but I ran sfc scannow a couple times to fix errors.
I have added the log zip file, I literally have no were to go.
It will not detect audio in the guest settings, it does connect to the internet but no audio is being played as there are no devices in the settings. I have put this in forum as the host is windows.
I was unsure whether to put it in the MAC forum, I do have a mac but I am not using it this time.
I have tried recreated the problem on my mac with a nested installation of a virtual mac os on a windows guested device, do not ask me why?
I just need to get sound working on a windows and Virtualbox guest, which is not detecting the sound drivers. If you look at the zipped logged file it will be clear.

Re: No output devices found.
Hate to bear bad news, but this one can't be helped. You'll need to use the Mac hardware. This one is an illegal setup.
Windows host OS running a Mac guest is only allowed if the physical computer is real Mac hardware.
OSX guests on non-Apple hardware
