Hello,
VirtualBox addon 6.1.12 crashes my Windows 7 on startup. Just BSOD and reboot. It occured after user login.
Is it a known bug?

Not only is it not known, I don't even know what you mean by "VirtualBox Addon".

Please provide a VM log file. Make sure the VM is fully shut down, then right click it in the manager UI. Select "Show Log" and save "VBox.log" (no other file) to a zip file. Attach the zip here.
