Oracle Linux issue

Hello, newbie here.
I'm trying to install Oracle Linux 8.1. It works but then the reboot needed after the installation takes it back to the installation screen.
It basically does not boot into the Oracle VM. I got an error when I tested the memory and it saved this:

Start the guest from full normal shutdown, not save-state. Run until you see the problem happen, then shut down the guest from within the guest OS if possible. If not possible, close the Virtualbox window for the guest with the Power Off option set.
Right-click the guest in the main Virtualbox window's guest list, choose Show Log. Save the far left tab's log, zip it, and post the zip file, using the forum's Upload Attachment tab.

Make sure to eject the install CD when prompted.

Okay, changing the boot order somehow fixed the issue for now.

Somehow?
You still had the install CD inserted, if it was first in the order then it would boot first, therefore running the installer again. See my previous response.
