Windows 10
VirtualBox 6.1.12
I have a similar problem to others posted on this forum. I have reviewed many of them and the USB Troubleshooting Guide, but I can't fix it.
I have a USB device that is not compatible with Windows 10, but with Windows XP. In my host I have Windows 10 and in my guest Windows XP. In the Windows 10 device manager it obviously appears as "unknown device" and I have not found a way to pass control to the virtual machine with Windows XP. I have tried with filters, command line and modifying registry entries (some have produced a blue screen). Nothing has worked
The error is the same as always " is busy with a previous request"
vboxmanage list usbhost:
UUID: 29a643a0-e7d2-4eca-9c82-c145dc2fa7ab
VendorId: 0x0547 (0547)
ProductId: 0x0f04 (0F04)
Revision: 0.0 (0000)
Port: 2
USB version/speed: 2/Full
Manufacturer: Anchor Chips, Inc.
Current State: Captured
Any solution? Thanks

Re: USB device is busy with a previous request
If you have been through USB basics and troubleshooting you will have read that there is a lot more diagnostic info needed than 'vboxmanage list usbhost' in order for us to provide useful help.
