Problems Running parrot OS on VirtualBox, Please Help a newbie

I'm having a Virualbox related problem.
I'm new at this, so please bear with me if you try and help me.
I just installed Virtualbox on my Windows 10 OS. Seems to have installed ok.
Next, I tried to install Parrot OS on this.
When I click on NEW, and I name my new Virtual Drive and go down and choose the operating system, I get the Linux option and select that.
Now, i'm trying to choose which OS to install on and all I get are 32 bit options, no 64 bit options, like I see in the Youtube video I'm watching.
So, I install on Debian 32 bit OS.
Now I run Parrot OS, Parrot-security-4.9.1_virtual.ova and install it.
I see the options for it on the left of my Virtual box. I run it by START. A screen pops up, and then it closes and I get this error: Failed to Open a Session for the Virtual Machine Parrot OS

Does anyone have any suggestions for what i'm doing wrong?
Do You know why i'm not getting 64-bit options? Is that the problem?
Any resolves. Thanks in advance.

This is one of the codes I'm getting.
Not in a hypervisor partition (HVP=0) (VERR_NEM_NOT_AVAILABLE).
VT-x is disabled in the BIOS for all CPU modes (VERR_VMX_MSR_ALL_VMX_DISABLED).
