CentOS 8.2 / VBox Windows 10 Host / Cannot Install OS

Okay, kind of an open ended subject line, but here goes.
I'm attempting to install CentOS 8.2 into a virtual machine using VirtualBox (newest version as of today) on a Windows 10 host. Extensions installed. I did notice that when I made the machine, it uses a Red Hat template as no explicit CentOS one exists.
When I attempt to start this having downloaded the most recent ISO, I get the first text screen noting "install CentOS 8 or test in live mode". Regardless of what option I choose next, I get a black screen with a single top-left line for text that never proceeds. It essentially locks.
CPU that I am running is an older 2700k with Virtualization options turned on if that helps as well, and I've attached the vbox.log file. Video card is a GeForce but I am attempting to do the installation/work through an RDP window. We're not needing high-end graphics here, it's meant to be a "server" use case.
What silly thing am I doing wrong that's causing Virtualbox to not like this install? Thanks!

The choice of animal is appropriate: Your guest is running, just really slow. Or it might guru-meditate or crash. This is because a service that uses Microsoft Hyper-V is running on your host PC. Normally Hyper-V blocks Virtualbox. But your PC is of the type and OS where Virtualbox can attempt to run the guest using the Hyper-V engine. This arrangement is still being developed and isn't 100% yet.
