Host to Guest Networking Issue on Cisco Anyconnect VPN

I am using Host-only adapter to connect to Ubuntu Guest 18.04 from Windows 10 Host. Given IP 192.168.56.101 is not working when connected to Office VPN Cisco Anyconnect mobility client.
Any help would be appreciated.

Host only means what it says. The traffic does not go anywhere else, only between host and guest.
