Unable to install the extension pack for USB 3.0

I get the following error message: Failed to install the Extension Pack C:/Users/babyg/Downloads/Oracle_VM_VirtualBox_Extension_Pack-6.1.10 (1).vbox-extpack.
Failed to load the main module ('C:\Program Files\Oracle\VirtualBox\ExtensionPacks\Oracle_VM_VirtualBox_Extension_Pack\win.amd64\VBoxPuelMain.DLL'): VERR_SYMBOL_NOT_FOUND - GetLastError=127.

I have a core i7 10th gen processor. I am using the most up to date version of VirtualBox (it asked me to update when I opened it today). Any help would be appreciated.
