Windows 10 v1809 x64 (need to upgrade to 1903) has been happily running VirtualBox 6.1.6 for some time with working USB devices. Immediately after upgrading to 6.1.8 I see no devices. Upgraded again to 6.1.10 (manually as the check was failing today) and USB still do not appear. Uninstalled 6.1.10, rebooted, installed 6.1.6 and USB devices returned. Upgraded again to 6.1.8 and no USB devices seen.
Did I miss a memo on something relating to USB support changing? I have the extension installed that matches the version of VirtualBox.
No USB Devices Found in 6.1.8 and 6.1.10

The Extension Pack provides USB 2 & 3 support, and it must be upgraded along with Virtualbox. Virtualbox & EP versions must match.

I have carefully made sure the Extension Pack matches each version...the normal process I follow is upgrade VirtualBox, reboot, upgrade Extension to match VirtualBox. The 6.1 branch is broken... I reverted to 6.0.22 and everything works normally and does not have any security holes that have been patched.

Ok, synchronizing Virtualbox and EP is good.
If you want to try 6.1.something again, carefully go through USB basics and troubleshooting. If you finish all the steps 1-7 and cannot get your USB device into the guest OS, carefully post the outputs of the commands in step 8 as text in
