Failed to Open a session for the virtual machine LinuxMint

Dear All,

I already installed and run Virtual Box 6.1.10 r138449(Qt5.6.2) on Win 7 Enterprise SP 1 (64bit)
and when installed Linux Mint, I have error : The virtual machine 'LinuxMint' has terminated unexpectedly during startup with exit code 1 (0x1). More details may be available in G:\virtual\Mint\LinuxMint\Logs\VBoxHardening.log'.

and my OS virtual , could not run too when I added in virtual machine.

Note: I already uninstall Avast but the virtual box still can't run.
