Hey There,
currently I have running Android 9 with the VM Box software running on win10 but there are some problems with Push notification from Instagram. They almost Never show up. Just Randomly from time to time.
I have turned off the Battery Optimization. Also, Enabled all the Notification from Instagram on the system also the In-App Notification.

Anybody any idea why this is happening? Or some idea how can I push the Instagram notification in any other way?

If you can ping the internet at 8.8.8.8 from within the Android guest OS, and get on the web browser and pull up a website, while the Instagram app's pushes are failing, then everything provided by Virtualbox is working and the problem resides in Android or Instagram.

Try the ping and a website during the failed pushes, see what happens.
