Could anyone help me with starting my Ubuntu OS in which I did a lot of work and there are important documents, and here is the error message:

I'm going to go really far out on a limb here and guess wildly that we're going to need that log the error message mentioned.

Please zip it, and post the zip file, using the forum's Upload Attachment tab.

The log file has been attached, and so, could you please help me with fixing the error and starting Ubuntu OS in Win 10 VirtualBox that previously worked? Thanks a lot.

I would uninstall and then reinstall VirtualBox using "Run as administrator" to run the installer.

Also, make sure that no part of Hyper-v has been enabled. Related FAQ: I have a 64bit host, but can't install 64bit guests, especially posts #2 and later.

Also, have some patience. You are not on a support contract, you will get help if and when other users feel like helping you. Bumping the topic after just a couple of minutes is not cool.

Interestingly the posted log does not have the same error as the posted message:

2820.3778: NtCreateFile(\Device\VBoxDrvStub) failed: 0xc0000034 STATUS_OBJECT_NAME_NOT_FOUND (0 retries)

Driver is probably stuck stopping/starting. Try 'sc.exe query vboxdrv' to get more information about its state. Rebooting may actually help.

Maybe you kept tying and seized up Virtualbox?

Do everything Mpack tells you to do. Then try again, and if an error box appears, list the error message as well as any logs the error message mentions, so we get a consistent set of information.

I fully agree with Mpack's counsel to you to exercise patience. I won't mention how my wife would have felt if I had told her, "VirtualBoxuser3 has posted, darling, and I have to leave you now." A whole lot of these would have been in the offing:
