USB greyed out
USB greyed out
I am unable to get the USB to work as they are grayed out. Ubuntu 8.04 64 bit

You really need to provide more info, but first two basic Qs: Are you using the PUEL Edition? Have you install Guest Additions on your guest?

Have you enabled USB in the VM Settings and changed your config according to https://help.ubuntu.com/community/VirtualBox#USB?

I have had VirtualBox USB working before, but had to do a Ubuntu reinstall and now find it is grayed out, but does show show all connected USB devices.
