Welcome to our forum. You might want to take this opportunity to browse the Forum Posting Guide. This contains some useful tips on how to search for VBox knowledge and how to frame Qs.

You really need to provide more info, but first two basic Qs: Are you using the PUEL Edition? Have you install Guest Additions on your guest?
Read the Forum Posting Guide
Google your Q site:VirtualBox.org or search for the answer before posting.

Read the Forum Posting Guide before opening a topic.

Forgive a simple link, but this issue has been covered many times, all across the internets, and a simple check of the googles yields some pretty good answers.
