I have upgraded to windows 10 pro and now i can't able use VirtualBox VM.
1. already disable Hyper-V
2. check BIOS, everything is enable
VMMR0_DO_NEM_INIT_VM failed: VERR_NEM_MISSING_KERNEL_API_2 (VERR_NEM_MISSING_KERNEL_API_2).
VT-x is not available (VERR_VMX_NO_VMX).

Try looking through things again. Either your computer's "virtualization technology" (VT-x / AMD-V / SVM) is not on in the BIOS or Hyper-V is active.

Win10 1909 Update: "Microcodeupdates from Intel" (KB4497165) was installed from update and killed my VT-x-Option. As my CPU i5-4460 is not on the list from microsoft (support.microsoft. com /de-de/help/4497165/kb4497165-intel-microcode-updates), I deinstalled the update and virtualbox ran as before
