Pagefault on clean install of OpenSolaris snv98.

I executed a clean install of OpenSolaris snv98 on a clean virtual disk (SATA controller enabled). Installation completed successfully without error, and upon reboot i received pagefault error messages.

I have entered this as a tracker, #2296, attached to that tracker is the log file and screenshot of the error.

Any help is appreciated.

I just tried installing OpenSolaris snv98 again, this time with a virtual IDE hard drive instead of the SATA hard drive i used last time. With the IDE hard drive the installation went smoothly and no pagefaults on reboot. This seems to be solely a SATA controller issue.

Are there any debugging or data gathering steps that i should take to help out the developers fix this issue? I am not affraid of getting my hands dirty, i just don't know where to start.
