Host is Linux Mint 19.1 Cinnamon. I have several guests, Mint, Ubuntu and Windows. All of them have changed in the last few days, the display is now low resolution, the arrow pointer flashes in a random manner and there is a black box around it. My screen is actually 1920 X 1200, but the guest screen defaults to 960 X 542, if I change it to 1920 X 1200 the taskbar at the bottom of the screen is no longer visible.
It was working fine until a few days ago, any idea how to fix it?
Thanks
Mick

Well I still have no idea of the cause, but I just created a new user on my desktop (the host) and created a VB for Mint 20 in there and it works fine!
So it seems that something is screwed with my user setup on the host, so not a VM problem!
