Sharing a Folder to be used in Windows XP Guest

I have VirtualBox (latest) on Ubuntu Hardy Herron and i really dont want to keep emailing files across, i know you can add sharing folders but when i enable sharing on a folder and then edit my VM it wont let me click OK to accept my folder? Is there a special way to do this or is there a problem with my machine?

Sorry got it sorted..
I didnt share folder i managed to get my USB mounting working and did it that way..

(MOD dont close thread.. might be useful to someone else!)
