Hi

I download the FuryBSD 12.1 (https://www.furybsd.org/)
and try to install it via my macos catalina 10.15.5 from Virtualbox 6.1.8.
I cannot seems to make it boot up to GUI to install the distro from my virtual box.
I try every methods and it does not seems to work.

If you are running FuryBSD in Virtualbox installed on your Mac, then you have a Mac host, not a Fury host. Post in Mac Hosts to see about some help.

When you are posting, Start the guest from full normal shutdown, not save-state. Run until you see the problem happen, then shut down the guest from within the guest OS if possible. If not possible, close the Virtualbox window for the guest with the Power Off option set.

Right-click the guest in the main Virtualbox window's guest list, choose Show Log. Save the far left tab's log, zip it, and post the zip file, using the forum's Upload Attachment tab.
