Copy Causes Abort

Hi, Ever since upgrading to VirtualBox major version 6 (Am now running 6.1.6 on Debian host), I have sporadic issues with VM's instantly aborting on an attempt to copy text. This occurs on both Windows and Linux VM's. It is highly annoying, and occurs often enough that I am seriously considering trying to go back to VirtualBox 5. I have kept Guest Additions updated to the latest versions on all VM's. Is this a known issue? Is there a work-around? I didn't find anything in the forum when I tried to search.

I am experiencing this same issue, but it doesn't seem to be sporadic any more, it happened several times today. I am using VBox 6.1, running on Ubuntu 20.04, and trying to use a Ubuntu 20.04 VM. I am working on setting up an automation framework on the VM, so copying the steps I am following to and from the VM terminal has been an efficient way to document what I have been doing...until now! Seems like every time I start copying text, the VM aborts at some point. It's been allocated 3GB of my available 16GB of RAM, and 20GB of dynamically allocated space of which it's only using about 11GB. It's all running on a 500GB SSD which is only showing about 9% used space.
