How do I fix apps opening off screen with 200% autoscaled in Seamless Mode?

I really can't figure this out. I have looked too. I keep having to change it to `100% autoscaled` and move the app and change it back to `200% autoscaled`, but this isn't even a fix. There has to be some kind of setting or something that I am missing or not understanding.

This would *severely* improve my workflow.
