Unable to Run VM

I installed the virtual machine, and then installed Kali Linux on the VM with no issues. I exited and ran it a few days later, no problem.
Now (two weeks later), I attempted to run the VM from the shortcut, as well as by double clicking the VirtualBoxVM.exe that is found in the C:\Program Files\Oracle\VirtualBox directly.
The error message is attached.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Virtual Machine. No luck.
Any help is appreciated.

This will not start your guest:

VirtualBoxVM.exe is a general executable for any guest, and it needs arguments in the command line.

Make a new shortcut.

It isn't running from the shortcut. That's why I went to the folder. The shortcut is telling me the following error

That is the actual VirtualBox program. If the shortcut is pointing to that directory, that must be where you installed it. Did you check to see if it is in fact still there? If it isn't, creating a new shortcut won't help. You will need to reinstall the VirtualBox program.
If you have installed VirtualBox in your Windows host using the the default options, the executable will be in C:\Program Files\Oracle\VirtualBox\VirtualBox.exe , which is where your shortcut expects it to be.
Why use shortcuts anyway? Pin the VIrtualBox icon to Start or the taskbar and start it from there. Then start the vm you need from the VIrtualBox Manager. That way you can see exactly what is going on.

I only said the shortcut because the shortcut isn't working.
So, I go to C:\Program Files\Oracle\VirtualBox\ and double click VirtualBox.exe and ran into the same issue.
However, I uninstalled and reinstalled (again) and the rebooted, and that seemed to have done the trick for now...
Thanks guys
