Virtualbox hangs during ubuntu 20.04 Server bootup

Hi, as requested I make a new Topic about this Problem.
I run Win 10 Pro 1909 (10.0.18363) with Virutalbox 6.1.8 (no guest Addition) on a Intel i5-6600K and Asus Maximus VIII GENE (Bios 3801)

As in the title since yesterday (09.06.2020) virutalbox just started to hang during the boot process of any ubuntu guest System.
It is strange because there was no change on the System, the last Windows update was 06.06. with KB4497165, no new Software was installed and no settings were changed. It just stopped working. Hyper-V was always deactivated

I tried to uninstall and install virutalbox 6.1.10 and 6.0.22 and nothing changed, it just keeps hanging, the UI won't react to any Input and I need to kill the processes in the taskmanager.
VirtualBox seems to not Freeze completely because the Network Symbol is still blinking.

Also a ubuntu 20.04 Desktop guest starts hanging after Login data was entered.
A ubuntu Server 16.04 also starts hanging after Login data was entered

I uploaded the logs files of a Fresh started ubuntu server 20.04 guest System.

I hope you can find some clues about what is happening.

Your hardening log ends with ExitCode=0x1. See Diagnosing VirtualBox Hardening Issues. The log sometimes does not pinpoint the exact offending program, you will need to go through your installed programs to see what might be causing the trouble.
