UEFI starting vm problem

I am a experienced user of Debian.
I got oracle vm working on my laptop, now I am trying to get it working on my server.
I have been googling and searching and trying to get this working for over a week,
I have tried to install the header, but the header installed they call for is linux-headers-amd64 linux-headers-4.9.0-7-amd64
but the header installed is linux-headers-amd64 linux-headers-4.9.0-12-amd64.
In addition I tried to install the security keys but they say they are already installed.
I turned of UEFI secure boot in my bois, but when I run the command : /sbin/vboxconfig I get the bottom output.
I really need some help here. I reinstalled the debian operating system in legacy mode and UEFI mode.
Any ideas would be helpful.

There were problems setting up VirtualBox. To re-start the set-up process, run
/sbin/vboxconfig
as root. If your system is using EFI Secure Boot you may need to sign the
kernel modules (vboxdrv, vboxnetflt, vboxnetadp, vboxpci) before you can load
them. Please see your Linux system's documentation for more information.
