I checked hyper-v from Windows features, hyper-v is active.
Bios virtualization is enabled, but am I seeing this error again. Any idea?

The reason is stated in the error message. VT-x is not available. Either it is not enabled in the BIOS or something else is preventing VirtualBox from using it. The list of things which can cause that is quite long!
