Itried increasing the RAM for the guest, but that resulted in blue screen.
Now I reset back to 4GB (comfortable as host has 16GB) and still get blue screen.
I tried to attach Log but there's a 128K limit on the attachment so I trimmed the head of the log.

Don't edit/trim the log in any way as you won't really know if you are removing anything essential to diagnosing the problem, and that will upset the gurus. 'zip' it and attach the zipped file, using the upload attachment tab, to your reply instead.
